During transportation vehicles may cease to operate properly through no fault of the carrier. Contracted Carrier will be responsible for damages caused directly by the driver. Vehicles becoming inoperable during transport will have an extra charge of $150.00. Cancellations must be called 72 hours in advance to(586) 207-1167, canceling day of of services will result in a $150.00 charge to the driver , if you were charged for same day services and the truck is on its way there is a $200.00 charge to the Terminal. If for any reason there is no one to sign at delivery for the vehicle or vehicles and the transporter has called and left messages the vehicles will be transported to a local terminal customer is responsible for all terminal fee’s Advanced Auto Transport will not pay any terminal fees or rental cars fee’s.
